Members Behaviour rules
As part of the actions for the committee to review the rules regarding members behavior in the ACE the sub-committee has developed the following proposals for the committee’s review, comment and or approval.
In the event that a member’s or guest’s behavior whilst in the ACE are considered to be unbecoming and that the offence is brought to the committee’s attention then the committee shall meet to identify the actions to be imposed.
Imposed actions
1 Verbal warning
2 Written warning
3 One month ban from the ACE
4 Three month ban from the ACE
5 Six month ban from the ACE
6 Life ban from the ACE
Unbecoming behavior
The following identifies those actions that are considered to be unbecoming behavior.
Use of bad language to a level where other member(s) are offended then the following actions will be imposed

Definitions:
1 Bad language: The use of bad language to the level where it is considered to offend other members overhearing it.
2 Excessive drunkenness: Being intoxicated to a level where it is considered that the concerned party may hurt themselves or others.
3 Intentional damage: Intention or malicious damage to ACE property inclusive of fixtures, fittings, furnishing equipment, etc.
4 Verbal assault: Provoked or unprovoked verbal argument to a member, guest or member of staff.
5 Physical assault: A physical assault on a member, guest or member of staff whether provoked or unprovoked.

7 Sibling’s behavior: It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the good behavior of children. In the event that a child, or children, continue to act with unbecoming behavior then any penalty will be imposed on the patent or guardian.
Right of appeal:
Any member, or guest, that the committee has imposed a warning or ban on them has the right to appeal to the committee.
